The Massage

Hawaiian-Style Massage, also known as LomiLomi, is an ancient healing bodywork which has a sacred foundation and spiritual basis. It is a very nurturing, full body, oil massage and the use of long and flowing strokes is a key characteristic.

From beginning to end, one stroke can cover an entire region of the body and is continuous, which gives the feeling of a never-ending massage and of waves washing over you.

The Hawaiian belief is that trauma is held at a deep cellular level in the body, causing physical symptoms of disease if not released. LomiLomi works at this deep level, releasing and healing past trauma and allowing the body to be healed and in harmony.
