LomiLomi is an ancient Hawaiian healing bodywork that has a sacred foundation and spiritual basis. The use of long and flowing strokes is a key characteristic, as the massage therapist uses palms and forearms. From beginning to end, one stroke can cover an entire region of the body - sometimes the entire body – and is continuous, which gives the recipient a feeling of a never-ending massage.

Breathwork is often used by the practitioner during the massage – which the Hawaiians call the “ha” – freeing energy blocks in the recipients body. It is incredibly relaxing and powerfully detoxifying – both emotionally and physically.

I am based in Forest Row on the Surrey/Sussex/Kent border. The treatments I offer are specifically for women.
