After an initial consultation regarding any relevant health issues, you will start the session by receiving a relaxing and pampering warm foot bath in essential oils, whilst we discuss any particular intentions you wish to set for the massage. (Your intention may be as simple as purely wishing to relax or be energised, or you may wish to address the clearing of specific emotional issues).
This is followed by a full-body 90 minute Temple Style LomiLomi massage.
The ‘echo effect’ of the bodywork is a powerful aspect of the work, therefore after the massage you will be encouraged to rest for at least 15 minutes while the experience of the bodywork is integrated and absorbed.
