After an initial consultation regarding any relevant health issues, you will be treated to a 20 minute Temple-style LomiLomi massage.
The ‘echo effect’ of the bodywork is a powerful aspect of the work, therefore after the massage, you will be encouraged to rest for at least 10 minutes while the experience of the bodywork is integrated and absorbed.
